You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, returns sent after the 30-day window will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
