We completely understand—mistakes happen! If you need to make changes to your order, email us right away at hello@carismahair.com. Our processing time is very fast, so there’s only a small window for adjustments. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes. In that case, you can still initiate a return once the item is delivered.
