What if my item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@carismahair.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage. If the damage is confirmed and not due to misuse, we’ll send a free replacement. There’s no need to send the damaged item back.
